Refund Policy

How cancellations, refunds and campaign changes are handled for marketing coordination services.

1. General Policy

Lets Grow Biz provides marketing coordination and Instagram collaboration support services. Refunds depend on the stage of work, third-party page confirmation and campaign execution status.

2. Before Confirmation

If a client has paid an advance but no Instagram page, creator, campaign slot or service work has been confirmed, refund eligibility may be considered after deducting any payment gateway charges or administrative costs, if applicable.

3. After Work Has Started

Once page shortlisting, communication, negotiation, campaign planning, creator coordination or service work has started, coordination charges may be non-refundable.

4. After Page or Creator Booking

If an Instagram page, creator or promotional slot has been booked or paid for, refunds will depend on the refund policy and approval of that third-party page or creator. Lets Grow Biz cannot guarantee refund from third-party pages or creators.

5. After Campaign Goes Live

No refund will be applicable once the agreed promotional content has been posted or the campaign has gone live.

6. Non-Guaranteed Results

Refunds will not be provided only because a campaign did not generate expected sales, leads, followers, reach, engagement or revenue. Marketing outcomes are not guaranteed.

7. Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be shared through the same communication channel used for campaign confirmation, such as WhatsApp or email.
